But for me, it true that will make it for all but it also will increase student problems like loitering and they will always skips their class. Besides that, it will make no close realationship between teacher and student.

This way for student to use english to share their opinion or result and ideas of their research and class work with the world. It will make student can share their information with student from west or east.

Azliza said in Indonesia, have a website that lecturer can upload their notes or power point that call "SCRIBD". But is more for higher education like university. The lecturer will upload the notes and student can download the notes anytimes. Besides that, this website also have a space for comment. So, if student have any problem about the topic the can ask their lecturer through online.

In USA, they have a School-business Partnership for technology that call The Schoolhouse Project. This is an educational outreach and school-to-work program for high school students. This program provides training for the teacher and students in the use of the internet in the classroom and instruction in related computer technology.

In Singapore, we can see they using the internet in their curriculum and assessment. They use IT for 30 % of the curriculum. Its mean they already compel that IT as a important subject for their education. Besides that. they use IT as tools rather than subject.

She said. in most developed country, they use internet in their education as a publication. Publication mean communicationof information to the public.
